Avencyx OSINT & AI teaches you to find, verify and document information about others, from open sources. Avencyx Professional Cybersecurity & AI teaches you to protect your own information, your clients' and your sources', on your own devices. The first is about finding out; the second is about not letting others find out. Both include the safe use of AI.

Yes. They are independent and can be taken in any order. If you enroll in both, mention it in your application.

Romanian. Some tools, sources and materials are in English; reading-level English is needed. Dedicated editions in English can be organized on request for organizations.

No. They are Avencyx Academy's own programs, with their own certificate. They are not programs authorized under Romanian Government Ordinance 129/2000 and do not confer nationally recognized certificates. The syllabus, the assessment criteria and the final result are public precisely so that their value can be judged directly.

Open editions take place in person, in Bucharest. Live online is available only for editions dedicated to one organization, because the exercises require direct support at participants' devices.

No. We do not record audio or video in the room, for participants' confidentiality. Written materials remain accessible for 12 months.

Because each program has a defined audience and prerequisites. The application takes five minutes and lets us tell you plainly if the program is not right for you, before you pay.

At most three business days from submitting the application.

We tell you why — profile not suited, prerequisites not met or edition full — and, where we can, an alternative: another edition, the other program or an external recommendation. No fee is charged.

When payment is received, in order of confirmation. Confirmation of the application does not reserve the seat.

Each participant completes their own application, because the answers about their work help us adapt the course. Invoicing can be made to the organization.

EUR 1,000 + VAT per participant (EUR 1,210 including VAT at the standard 21% rate). The price includes the three days, the materials, assessment with written feedback, the certificate, access to the materials for 12 months, lunch and coffee breaks; for the security program, a hardware security key as well.

Three consecutive days, 09:00–17:30, with four 90-minute modules per day, two coffee breaks and a lunch break: 18 hours of hands-on work.

On confirmation you receive a pro forma invoice; payment is by bank transfer to the account indicated on it. We do not take card payments.

The invoice is issued in RON at the BNR exchange rate on the invoice date. The price is quoted in euros for stability between editions.

Yes. Enter the legal entity's details in the application; the invoice is issued in its name.

For three or more participants from the same organization we make a separate offer. Write to us.

You can transfer your seat to another person who meets the prerequisites, up to three business days before, at no cost. You can postpone to a later edition, once, with at least seven days' notice.

The fee is not refunded for no-shows or cancellations less than seven days before the course. If you enrolled as a natural person outside your professional activity, you have the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of confirmation, under the conditions in the programs' terms and conditions.

An edition is confirmed at a minimum of 10 participants, at least 10 days before. If it is not confirmed or is rescheduled, you choose between another date and a full refund.

In Bucharest, in a conference room in a central location. The exact address and access directions are sent with your seat confirmation.

Your own laptop, with administrator rights, and, for the security program, the phone you use professionally. Exact requirements are on each program's page and in the preparation guide sent seven days before.

If you have administrator rights, yes. If it is managed by an IT department, tell us in the application: for the OSINT program we recommend a personal or dedicated device; for the security program we adapt the exercises.

No. The exercises are completed with the free or trial tiers of the tools and with what you already have; where these fall short, the trainer demonstrates with the commercial version.

No, never. You are at the keyboard; the trainers guide and visually verify the result. They do not receive passwords, codes or recovery keys.

No. We work exclusively on synthetic cases and practice accounts, to protect the people involved and you. You can discuss, without identifiable data, how you would apply the method to your situations.

09:00–17:30, with a lunch break and two short breaks. Lunch is included; mention dietary restrictions in the application.

We choose accessible venues. If you have specific access needs or need materials adapted, tell us in the application and we confirm before enrollment.

After passing the assessment, the Avencyx Academy certificate, with the syllabus, learning outcomes and assessment result. If you do not pass, a certificate of attendance.

On a concrete result — an OSINT dossier, or a security plan and configured controls — against criteria and weights published on the program page. Written feedback within five business days; pass mark 70%; one free resubmission within 30 days.

No. It is our own certificate, without national recognition. It does not replace the licenses or attestations your profession requires. Its authenticity can be verified on request, by number.

That depends on your professional body's rules; some accept non-accredited training based on the syllabus and duration, others do not. The detailed syllabus and duration are on the certificate for this purpose. Check with your body beforehand; we cannot guarantee acceptance.

Yes: dedicated editions, in person at your premises or live online, with examples and checklists adapted to your field. Request a quote through the form.

Yes. The core of the program stays the same; the cases, examples and procedures are adapted to the audience — bar association, newsroom, chamber of notaries, clinic, accounting firm.

The paying organization receives confirmation of attendance and of the assessment result for each participant. The content of individual work and the detailed feedback remain the participant's, unless agreed otherwise in the offer.

The form does not store it on the site: it prepares an email that you send. We use it to assess the application, organize the course and communicate with you about it. We do not use it for marketing without your consent and we do not pass it to other organizations except our service providers, under the conditions in the privacy notice.

Applications not followed by participation, at most 24 months after the end of the edition. Participants' data, for as long as the contract and legal archiving obligations require. The certificate register, 10 years, so that we can confirm authenticity. Details are in the privacy notice.

No. We do not publish the list of participants and we do not use your name, photograph or organization in promotion without your written consent, requested separately.
